DEFENCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIA AND POLAND

An Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of India concerning cooperation in the field of Defence was signed on Feb 17, 2003. The agreement broadly envisages co-operation in the field of defence technology, research and development, training, peace support and combating terrorism.

This information was given by the Defence Minister Shri George Fernandes in a written reply to Shri Chinmayanand Swami and Shri Radha Mohan Singh in Lok Sabha today.
