Shri J.V.R. Prasada Rao, IAS (WB:67) presently Secretary, Department of Family Welfare has been posted as Secretary, Department of Health in place of Shri S.K. Naik, IAS (PB:66).

Shri P.K. Hota, IAS (OR:69) presently Additional Secretary, Department of Urban Development has been posted as Secretary, Department of Family Welfare in place of Shri J.V.R. Prasada Rao.

Shri Dipak Chatterji, IAS (WB:66) presently Secretary, Department of Commerce has been posted as Chairperson, Competition Commission of India for a five year term w.e.f. September 16, 2003.
