NALCO'S CAPTIVE POWER GENERATION UP

The net power generation from the Captive Power Plant (CPP) of the National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO), Orissa during May 2003 has been 419.642 million units exceeding the monthly target of 419.50 million units. The cumulative generation upto the month has been 842.68 million units exceeding the target of 825.50 million units and the same is 22.55 per cent more compared to the same period of last year. The station plant load factor for the month has been 75.053 per cent as against 77.99 per cent of last month. The export of power to M/S GRIDCO has been 36.98 million units during the month against the target of 45.50 million units.
