The Union Public
Service Commission has announced the results of the written part
of the Engineering Services Examination-2002 held from 15th
June, 2002. In all 784 candidates including 117 belonging to Scheduled
Caste; 56 to Scheduled Tribes; 250 to OBC; and 5 belonging to
Physically Disabled have qualified for interview for Personality
Test in different disciplines of Engineering. The break-up is
as under :

The candidature
of these candidates is provisional.
Candidates are
advised to intimate change in their addresses, if any, to the
UPSC, immediately to facilitate delivery of summon letter to them
promptly. In case the summon letters are not received by last
week of February, 2003, candidates are required to contact
