Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi,
Union Minister for Human Resource Development has expressed shock
and grief at the demise of Dr. Harivanshrai Bachchan. In his condolence
message, Dr. Joshi has described late Shri Bachchan as a doyen
of Hindi literature whose poems are a rare combination of rare
form and content. Dr. Joshi said that he was extremely moved when
he remembered the emotionally rich and deep verses of Shri Bachchan.
He will be remembered long after his demise for his timeless creations,
Dr. Joshi added.
