Vice President receives first copy of the book
"Eminent disabled people of the World". The book consists
of life sketches and creations of eminent disabled people of all
parts of world starting from Deerghatama, Astavakra, Homer of
ancient period to Rana Sanga, Taimur Lung, Milton Surdas of middle
age to Helen Keller, Roosevelt, Steephan Hawkings, Ved Mehta,
Sudha Chandran of twentieth century.
The collection of biographies of these 63
eminent disabled people of world not only inspires the disabled
people, their families and general people but also draws some
useful conclusions such as "creations of blind people are more
beautiful", "Education can't be impossible, howsoever severe and
multiple the disability may be" etc. The book has highlighted
the bravery of disabled warriors and spirit of disabled sportsmen.
This unique book, probably first of its kind
is expected to inspire disabled people and show a unique path
to them.
