CAG IS REAPPOINTED AS THE EXTERNAL
AUDITOR OF IMO
Shri Vijayendra N.
Kaul, Comptroller and Auditor General of India has been reappointed
as the external auditor of the International Maritime organisation
(IMO). The CAG was appointed unopposed by the Assembly of IMO
for the four year period 2004-07. CAG is the current external
auditor of IMO for the period 2000-03. CAG is also the external
auditor for other important international organizations like the
WHO, the FAO etc.
