ADVANI CONDOLES THE DEATH OF P.C. CHATTERJEE

The Deputy Prime Minister, Shri L.K. Advani has deeply condoled the death of Shri P.C. Chatterjee, former Director General of All India Radio. In his condolence message, Shri Advani said as the first Director General of All India Radio and Doordarshan, Shri Chatterjee, a doyen in the field of Journalism and Broadcasting immensely contributed for the healthy growth of these organizations. He said Shri Chatterjee who authored several books on Broadcasting will be remembered for his work.
