SMT. SWARAJ CONDOLES THE DEATH OF P.C.CHATTERJI

The Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Smt. Sushma Swaraj has condoled the death of Shri P.C.Chatterji, former Director General of All India Radio who passed away here last night. In a message, Smt. Swaraj said that Shri Chatterji was a committed broadcaster and transformed All India Radio into a media of communications for development in its formidable years immediately after independence. His untiring efforts in making All India Radio a real media of masses would always be remembered. The broadcasting fraternity has lost a stalwart, she said.
