DEFENCE MINISTER CONGRATULATED
MANIPUR FOR BECOMING NATIONAL FOOTBALL CHAMPION
The Defence Minister
Shri George Fernandes has congratulated the Captain of the Manipur
State Football Team for lifting Santosh Trophy for the first time.
In a message sent to the Chief Minister of Manipur the Defence
Minister said that it is a great achievement for a small state
like Manipur to win this National Football Championship.
