SUSHMA CONDOLES THE DEATH OF RANGA

The Information & Broadcasting Minister, Smt. Sushma Swaraj has expressed deep condolences over the death of renowned cartoonist, Shri N.K. Ranganath, popularly known as "Ranga", who passed away in Bangalore this morning. In a message, Smt. Swaraj said that Ranga was an outstanding cartoonist who could focus public attention to the most important issues in a very subtle manner. His numerous cartoons of Indian and foreign political leaders would continue to remind people for generations about their role in the history, Smt. Swaraj said.
