In exercise of the
powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution
of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Prakash
Krishna, (2) Shri Rajes Kumar, (3) Shri Sibghat Ullah Khan, (4)
Shri Amar Nath Varma, (5) Shri Devendra Pratap Singh, (6) Shri
Abdul Mateen, and (7) Shri Vimlesh Kumar Shukla, to be Judges
of the Allahabad High Court, in that order of seniority, with
effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
In exercise of
the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution
of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Ghanshyam
Dass, (2) Shri Devendra Prasad Gupta, (3) Shri Radhey Shyam Tripathi,
(4) Shri Mukteshwar Prasad, (5) Shri Umeshwar Pandey, and (6)
Shri Kailash Nath Ojha, to be Additional Judges of the Allahabad
High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years
with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective
office.
