The Government have sanctioned a sum of Rs. 7.55 crores involving non-recurring and recurring expenditure for construction of National Institute of Animal Welfare. The Institute is located on land measuring 8.5 acres in Ballabgarh, Haryana. The construction of the Institute was started in September 2001 with the stipulated date of completion as 30th June 2002. The Institute is under construction.
