Vice President Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat has said that such books integrating the efforts of allopathy with nature cure should be written for the benefit of holistic treatement of the patients. Vice President received today the first copy of the book on Acupressure entitled "Miraculous Effects of Acupressure". He said I am amazed to see the depth of understanding of the writers viz. Dr. L.C Gupta and Dr. A.K Saxena who have co-authored this book. This book gives the full understanding of the anatomy with analysis of disease and causes thereof and then goes into the full gamut of holistic treatment supported by figures. This is very easy to understand and may be used as a home remedy without any fear of any side effect because no medication is involved.

Dr. L.C Gupta, a retired Inspector General from BSF, has till date authored 95 books on medical science and allied subjects. His name appears in the Limca Book of Records.
