Dr. K. N. Chaturvedi, Additional Secretary in the Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice, has been elevated as Member Secretary in the Law Commission of India. He succeeds Shri T. K. Vishwanathan who has earlier taken charge as Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice.
