RAJNATH SINGH CONDOLES THE DEATH OF MURASOLI MARAN

The Agriculture Minister Shri Rajnath Singh has condoled the death of Shri Murasoli Maran. Following is the text of his condolence message:

"In the death of Shri Murasoli Maran, the Country has lost a veteran Parliamentarian and an able administrator. At the multilateral trade negotiations, he brilliantly put forward the position of developing countries including India. At the Doha Ministerial Conference of WTO, he played an important role in defending the interests of India and Indian farmers. I send my condolences to Smt. Maran and other members of the bereaved family".
