PRESIDENT'S HOLI GREETINGS
The President
of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in his message on the occasion of
Holi has said:-
"On the
auspicious occasion of Holi, I extend my greetings and good wishes
to all my fellow citizens.
As spring arrives,
this festival of colour brings with it joy, hope and fulfilment
for all. Holi also signifies how our minds can be prevailed upon
to generate happiness. As we celebrate the joy of the coming of
spring and the blossoming of flowers, let us transmit smiles into
action to people who need happiness and the aged. Each one of
us should come forward to lessen their pain so that they can also
share the happiness of this colourful and purposeful festival."
