NEW CHAIRMAN RAILWAY BOARD
Shri
R.K. Singh, a Member of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE),
has been appointed Chairman, Railway Board and ex-officio Principal
Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways.
He will succeed Shri I.I.M.S. Rana, who retires this evening on
superannuation.
At present, Shri Singh is General
Manager of Northern Railway, New Delhi.
