CENTRAL FUNDS TO MADHYA PRADESH UNDER SGRY AND WASTELANDS
DEVELOPMENT
Ministry of Rural
Development has released Rs.65.18 crore as 1st installament
of funds to the 41 districts of Madhya Pradesh under Sampoorna
Gramin Rojgar Yojana (SGRY) during 2003-2004. The cash expenditure
on implementation of the programme is to be shared on 75.25 basis
between the Centre and the State respectively.
Ministry has released
Rs. 181.15 lakh to Sidhi and Chattarpur District of Madhya Pradesh
under "Integrated Wastelands Development Programme".
Sidhi district gets Rs.78.07 lakh while Chattarpur gets Rs.103.08
lakh for wastelands development.
