ASSISTANCE TO RAJASTHAN UNDER APDRP

There is no provision for transition period assistance under Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (APDRP). However, under the incentive component of APDRP, States/State Electricity Boards and Utilities are eligible for grant equivalent to 50 per cent of incrementnal cash loss reduction effected in the current year over the previous year with 2000-01 as the base year.
