The Defence Minister
Shri George Fernandes presented the best marching contingent’s
trophy for this year’s Republic Day Parade to Madras Engineering
Group here today. The trophy was received by Lt P Goverdhan
Reddy. This trophy is given to the best marching contingent
of the three services. The Defence Minister also presented the
best paramilitary forces another auxiliary marching contingent’s
trophy to the Delhi Police. The trophy was received by Shri
Sanjiv Kumar Yadav, ACP.
