Shri Wajahat Habibullah
has assumed charge as Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs
in the ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution
here today. He succeeds Shri S. Bandopadhyay, who retired last
month.
An officer of the
J& K cadre (1968 batch of IAS) Shri Habibullah was the Director
of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration
before assuming his present charge.
