The Minister of
Information & Broadcasting, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad has
stressed the need for an effective communication to convey the
development success stories in order to motivate more and more
entrepreneurs. He said the creative development has to be projected
in manner that it also becomes healthier entertainment.
Presiding over
the valedictory function of the 15th International
Engineering & Technology Fair (IETF 2003) and the Indian
Infrastructure Show organized by the CII at Pragati Maidan,
here today, Shri Prasad said Indian films are very popular in
China and there is a great scope for their marketing. He said
the two countries can cooperate in the field and show way to
the world as to what creativity and ingenuinity can do to promote
trade and people to people relations.
The Vice Minister
of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of China, Shri An
Min said that trade between India and China crossed 5 billion
US Dollars last year and said fundamental interests of the two
countries lie in developing it further to promote peace and
prosperity in Asia and the world. China was the partner in the
IETF this year.
