PM CONDOLES DEATH OF SHRI SITARAM MAROO
The Prime Minister,
Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has expressed profound grief at the
demise of renowned journalist and social activist, Shri Sitaram
Maroo, Managing Director of Ranchi Express, Ranchi.
In a message
from Abuja, Nigeria, where he is attending the CHOGM summit, Shri
Vajpayee said that Shri Maroo was an effective communicator, who
adhered to the traditions and ethics of journalism throughout
his life. Shri Maroo was a true son of the soil, who was actively
engaged in social service till he breathed his last, the Prime
Minister added.
