IMPORT OF CRUDE FROM IRAQ
The crude oil imports from
Iraq during 2001-02 and 2002-03 were about 3.8 million metic tonnes
(MMT) and 4.1 MMT respectively. These imports constituted about
4.8% and 4.9% of the total crude oil imports during these years.
This information was given
by the Minister of State for Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shri
Santosh Gangwar, today in the Rajya Sabha in a written reply..
