The President, Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam has greeted the people on the occasion of Vaisakhi. In a message, Dr. Abdul Kalam wished that the festival of harvest herald peace, happiness and prosperity to our people. Referring to the people engaged in the field of agriculture and harvesting, he said, their hard work and sweat will help in alround development of the Nation. "Vaisakhi" is the auspicious occasion to celebrate, he added.
