Shri Kashi Nath Behera, Special Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal has been appointed as Government Director on the Board of Directors of Hooghly Dock & Port Engineering Limited (HDPEL), Kolkata vice Shri S.C. Tewary, Special Secretary, with immediate effect. His appointment is co-terminus with his appointment as Special Secreatary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal or until further orders.
