LAW COMMISSION’S REPORTS IN CDs

The sixteenth Law Commission of India, headed by Shri Justice M. Jagannadha Rao, a retired judge of the Supreme Court of India, has decided to make available all its reports in the Compact Disk (CD) format. Accordingly, all such reports will, henceforth, be available in CDs. The CDs have been priced at Rs. 450 for a bunch of three CDs.

The Law Commission has, so far, forwarded 179 reports to the Government, of which upto 176 reports have been laid in the Parliament. These reports are now available in the CDs.

The reports of the Law Commission are well researched and well informed in the direction of legal reforms and modernization of our laws in tune with the dynamics of ever changing time. These are also of great usefulness to legal professionals, such as, lawyers and judges, academics and researchers in the field of law and justice.
