THE DEATH OF SHRI PILLAI
The Minister of Information
and Broadcasting, Smt. Sushma Swaraj has condoled the death of
former President of Kerala Union of Working Journalists and former
Chief Reporter of ‘Mathrubhoomi Daily’ Shri N. Chellppan Pillai
who passed away at Kottayam, today. In a message, Smt. Swaraj
said, "Shri Pillai was a highly respected journalist who
rendered his services for the welfare of working journalists.
He will be long remembered for his contribution in the field of
journalism. I convey my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved
family".
