SHANTA KUMAR CONDOLES THE DEATH OF MANOHAR SINGH

The Rural Development Minister Shri Shanta Kumar has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of well known actor Manohar Singh. In a message he said, with the death of Manohar Singh the country has lost a stalwart who gave a distinct identity to theatre activity in Himachal Pradesh. He said, till the end he was committed to the theatre. Shri Shanta Kumar said, people of Himachal Pradesh will remain ever indebted to him for his dedicated service.
