SEPARATE LAW TO PROTECT REFUGGES
As informed by the
Ministry of Home Affairs, administratively concerned with the
subject matter of the Question, the feasibility, requirement or
otherwise of a separate law to deal with refugees is being considered
by the Government. Government has started the process of consulting
various agencies concerned for this purpose.
This information
was given by the Union Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs,
Shri Arun Jaitley in a written reply to a question from Shri Ashok
N. Mohol and two other Members in the Lok Sabha today.
