SCRUTINY OF BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS OF JET AIRWAYS

The Government has ordered an inspection of Jet Airways under Section 209 A of the Companies Act, 1956.

The shareholding pattern of the company will also be examined during inspection.

This information was given by the Union Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Shri Arun Jaitley in a written reply to a question from Shri Ram Mohan Gadde in the Lok Sabha today.
