Responding to
Pak Artillery and Mortar fire in Dras, Kargil and Batalik Sectors,
Indian troops destroyed/damaged 17 Pak bunkers.
In Poonch, Rajouri
and Naushera Sectors, Indian retaliatory fire assault pounded
Pak posts across LoC.
In a search
operation carried out on reliable information, Army troops killed
three terrorists in village Shahbad-Naugam. Two AK rifles, one
pistol, a few grenades and a Radio set were recovered.
Near Village
Phagla in Surankot area on 05 Jun, Security forces killed six
terrorists belonging to Lashkar-e-Taiba including one Deputy District
Commander. Three AK rifles, one pistol, one 82mm RCL and one Radio
Set were recovered.
