In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Mazaffar Jan, Additional Judge of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, to be a Judge of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
