The Company has drawn a strategic business plan in order to increase focus on total solutions and ITI. Matching its aggressiveness with global players, ITI has in a very short time shown its prowess in building (Mobile Cellular Infrastructure) GSM as well as WLL for Village Public Telephones (VPT) programmes, catering to the demands of country’s major operators. It is well set to meet the requirements of new services like MLLN, MPLS-VPN (Multi Protocol Label Switching – Virtual Private Network), VoIP, CorDECT, Billing software and the galloping demand for mobile lines. ITI has already marked its presence in new IT-enabled areas with businesses like call centres, Info-Kiosks, IP(Internet Protocol) phones, etc. The recent order to expand internet services equipment of MTNL is a significant step in the continuing growth of the company in the IT sector.
