The Union Minister
of Finance and Company Affairs, Shri Jaswant Singh has expressed
deep grief over the death of eminent jurist, Shri Nani Palkhiwala.
In his condolence
message, the Minister said "Nani Palkhiwala's passing away, after
a full and a highly creative life is an irreparable loss to all.
A great jurist, unflinching in his commitment to democracy, freedom
of the individual and free enterprise, his legacy is of values.
The best tribute to him would be to endeavour to follow his high
principles".
