Justice Shri Vinod Sagar Aggarwal
a Judge retired from Delhi High Court on 19.8.2002, has assumed
the office of the Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal on
27.08.2002. He was born on 20.08.1940. Enrolled as an advocate
in 1962 and practised for three years in the Punjab and Haryana
High Court in Civil and Criminal matters. Worked as Judicial Magistrate
at Amritsar from 1965-67; Subordinate Judge at Delhi from 1967,
Justice Aggarwal promoted to the Higher Judicial Service and appointed
as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 10.11.1994.
He was transferred to Punjab and Haryana High Court on 30.11.1994
and appointed permanent Judge on 08.01.1996.
