A.K.GOSWAMI TAKES OVER AS SECRETARY IN THE MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES

Shri A. K. Goswami, a 1966-batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh Cadre took over as the Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources today. Till recently, he was Secretary, Department of Drinking Water Supply, Government of India.

Before taking different assignments in the Central Government, he worked as Chief Secretary, Himachal Pradesh. He is an able administrator and has worked in different capacities both at the State and the Centre.
