COMPLAINTS REGARDING SEPARATION OF WIDOWS OF SOLDIERS FROM THEIR IN-LAWS AFTER TAKING DECEASED BENEFITS

Yesterday around 15:35 hrs there was an accident in Building No. 967 of F- 2 Section of Ordnance Factory, Khamaria, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred during batch mixing process of a composition in which one employee Shri Anil Kumar
succumbed to burn injuries. Three other employees who received minor injuries were treated at Ordnance Factory Hospital at Khamaria and later shifted to Mahakaushal Hospital, Jabalpur for further treatment. All concerned authorities have been duly informed.

A Board of Inquiry has been ordered with Mr. A Bhaumik, PscO, QAO QAE (ME) and Shri DK Mahapatra, Joint General Manager.
