HINDI ‘PAKHWARA’ CONCLUDES IN PIB
The Press Information
Bureau organized Hindi ‘Pakhwara’ from September 15 to September
30, 2003. Many Hindi competitions, including speech, essay-writing,
Hindi Noting and Drafting, Translation, Hindi Stenography and
Typing and Dictation, were organized during the celebrations.
A large number of officers and staff members participated in these
contests.
A 3-day Hindi Workshop
was also organized during the Pakhwara in which the Bureau staff
was encouraged to do their official work in Hindi language. Over
30 officers and staff members were trained during the Workshop.
