In exercise of the
power conferred by Section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and
Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Sudesh
Kumar Gupta, Additional Judge of the High Court of Jammu &
Kashmir, to be a Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir,
with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
