VIP LOUNGE FACILITY TO BE EXTENDED
TO AFRO ASIAN GAMES DELEGATIONS AT HYDERABAD AIRPORT – RAJIV PRATAP

The Civil Aviation
Minister Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy has directed the Airports Authority
of India to extend the VIP Lounge facility at Hyderabad Airport
to selected high officials of the delegations of Afro Asian Games.
The Afro Asian Games is to be held in the city from 24th
October to 1st November 2003. The decision to extend
the VIP lounge facility was taken on the request of the Games
organizing committee and the government of Andhra Pradesh. The
facility will also be made available to the protocol wing of the
Afro Asian Games.
The Minister also
observed that the Afro Asian Games is a prestigious event and
available facilities should be provided. The VIP lounge at the
Hyderabad has been refurbished recently.
