SHRI PRASAD CONDOLES THE DEATH OF SHRI N. C. JAIN

The Minister of Information and Broadcasting Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad has condoled the death of Rajasthan Governor, Shri Nirmal Chand Jain, who passed away in Jaipur last night.

In a message, Shri Prasad said that Shri Jain had endeared himself to the people of Rajasthan within the short span of his governorship. In his death, the country has lost a leading constitutional lawyer who fought several legal battles like the Churhat Lottery Case. The people of Rajasthan would miss a great patron and well-wisher. The void created by Shri Jain’s death would be very difficult to fill, Shri Prasad added.
