SHRI DHINDSA CONDOLES THE DEATH OF
COLONEL HEMU ADHIKARI
Union Minister for Chemical and Fertilizers,
Shri S.S. Dhindsa condoled the death of Colonel Hemu Adhikari,
who died on 28th October, 2003. In a message Shri Dhindsa,
the former Supports Minister said that Shri Adhikari will be remembered
for his courageous and stylish cricket.
