ADVANI MOURNS THE DEATH OF MURASOLI MARAN

The Dy. Prime Minister, Shri L.K. Advani has deeply mourned the death of Union Minister, Shri Murasoli Maran. In a condolence message, Shri Advani said in the passing away of DMK leader, Shri Murasoli Maran, the NDA Government has lost a very competent Minister, and Tamil Nadu politics a stalwart.

He said he knew Shri Maran for several decades now. They were together in the Rajya Sabha for many years, and had built up trust and friendship which served as an invaluable bond between them both in the opposition, as well as in Government. Shri Advani offered heart-felt condolences to the bereaved family members.
