APPOINTMENT OF OTARAM DEVASI AS PART TIME CHAIRMAN OF STATE FARMS CORPORATION OF INDIA APPROVED

The Prime Minister has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Otaram Devasi as part time Chairman of the State Farms Corporation of India. Shri Devasi has played a prominent role in upliftment of the Animal Husbandry sector.

The State Farms Corporation of India is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Agriculture. The Corporation manages 11 farms across the country for the production of high quality seeds.
