FRESH DATES FOR RAILWAY RECRUITMENT
EXAMINATIONs FOR NON-NORTH EASTERN REGION CANDIDATES
The Ministry of Railways
has decided that fresh examinations for Group ‘D’ posts of 2575
Trackmen (Gangmen) and 145 other such category posts on Northeast
Frontier Railway (NFR) by Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati
will be held for the candidates outside the North Eastern Region,
who could not appear in the written examination held on November
9, 2003. Accordingly, such candidates and also those candidates
outside the N.E. States who desire to change their venue for the
ensuing examinations to be held on 16th, 23rd
and 30th November, 2003 and 7th and 14th
December, 2003 are required to apply for allotment of examination
centres to the Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board,
Guwahati by ordinary post only to reach on or before 5.00 p.m.
on December 12, 2003, enclosing a copy of call letter or at least
quoting the roll number or control number indicated in the call
letter.
Written examinations
will be held for such candidates at a convenient date or dates
outside the North Eastern Region. This will be intimated to individual
candidates by a fresh call letters. Notification to this effect
will be issued in the newspapers.
