Smt. Binoo Sen, took over today as the Secretary, Ministry of Steel. Smt. Sen is an IAS officer of 1967 batch and belongs to Madhya Pradesh cadre. Before this, she held the post of Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry in the Ministry of Agriculture. She succeeded Shri V.K. Duggal, who has been posted as the Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources.
