RADHA SINGH TAKES OVER AS SECRETARY,ANIMAL HUSBANDRY

Smt. Radha Singh has taken over as Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying in the Ministry of Agriculture. She replaces Smt. Binoo Sen Smt. Radha Singh is a 1969 Batch Indian Administrative Service Officer from the Bihar Cadre. Earlier, she was Additional Secretary and Director General of the National Water Development Agency, responsible for preparing the feasibility reports on river linkages, within the Ministry of Water Resources.
