GUWAHATI RAJDHANI TO STOP AT ALLAHABAD FROM JUNE 25


The Ministry of Railways has decided that 2423/2424 New Delhi-Guwahati Rajdhani Express will stop at Allahabad from June 25, 2003 onward on an experimental basis for six months. This follows an announcement by the Minister of Railway, Shri Nitish Kumar on April 1, 2003 at Allahabad, while inaugurating the new Zone of North Central Railway there on that day.

Accordingly, General Managers of Northern Railway, New Delhi, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, Northeast Frontier Railway, Guwahati, North Central Railway, Allahabad, and East Central Railway, Hajipur, have been directed to take action to effect the change in stoppages of the Guwahati Rajdhani Express.
